About CincyLogic
Independent practices deserve the same clarity and operational discipline that larger systems take for granted — without giving up ownership.
Our mission
Help independent specialty and community medical practices find lost revenue, reduce operational risk, and make better decisions with the information they already have — so physician ownership and local care relationships remain viable.
The immediate model is services-led consulting with repeatable methodology. CincyLogic is not a generic BI shop, an AI startup, a cybersecurity MSP, a payer contracting company, or an investment-backed physician aggregator.
Why this exists
CincyLogic was founded in Cincinnati by Anthony (Toni) Hale after years of healthcare project work, requirements gathering, consulting delivery, and analytics in multi-location and multi-provider environments. The recurring pattern: independent practices face the same payer, administrative, and capability pressures as larger organizations — without the same internal bench.
CincyLogic exists to close that gap with practical assessment, practice intelligence foundations, payer decision support, and security-program coordination — grounded in specialty-practice reality.
Healthcare experience and exposure
Work has included requirements gathering, healthcare project management, consulting, and translating between technical and business stakeholders across multi-location and multi-provider healthcare organizations.
Through employment and consulting delivery, experience has involved environments associated with organizations such as Medpace, Cincinnati Eye Institute / CEI, CVP, EyeCare Partners, and specialty-practice work delivered through Conclusn and Parable. Language here describes exposure and delivery context — not a claim of direct employment at every named organization.
Relevant specialty exposure includes ophthalmology, optometry, orthopaedics, dermatology, podiatry, and ambulatory specialty care.
Client identities from consulting engagements are kept confidential and are described by specialty and problem type only.
Education and enablement
Anthony (Toni) Hale earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in Information Systems and a Master of Science in Business Analytics from the University of Cincinnati. He also serves as an adjunct instructor teaching financial modeling and data visualization using Power BI — helping teams build fluency so insight is not trapped with a single analyst.
Specialist network
CincyLogic intends to remain a lean core and coordinate vetted specialists when projects require deeper expertise — for example cybersecurity, privacy/legal review, revenue cycle, payer contracting, clinical quality, or data engineering.
Specialist support may be brought in as needed. We do not claim standing partnerships that do not currently exist, and we do not act as your MSP, security officer, or attorney.
Operating philosophy
- Independence first — strengthen local ownership and physician autonomy.
- Technology-agnostic — work with existing reporting environments where they make sense.
- Honest scope — analysis and program coordination, not legal services or MSP replacement.
- No PHI through this website — marketing forms are for practice-level context only.
