Independent Practice Intelligence
The current CincyLogic venture, founded August 2026: assessment-led practice intelligence for independent specialty and community practices.
Why it exists
Independent practices face payer, administrative, and capability pressures with a smaller internal bench than larger systems. The venture asks whether a repeatable assessment and a thin layer of fractional expertise can close that gap without turning the practice into a software implementation.
Problem being investigated
Leadership needs a shared picture of financial visibility, payer position, operations, data maturity, technology, privacy, access, quality, and sustainability, and a sane first move. They do not need a claim that their data has been pooled with everyone else's.
Model
Assess, Build, Operate, Improve. The entry offer is the Independent Practice Resilience Assessment. Later capabilities are practice-intelligence foundations, payer intelligence, security and privacy program coordination, and fractional expertise. Shared Practice Intelligence is a long-term learning concept, explicitly not a present-tense cross-practice dataset.
Lessons
- A methodology page is a product. If the scope is fuzzy, the offer is fuzzy.
- Refusing false claims: HIPAA certification, MSP status, legal advice, invented ROI, made the writing slower and the offer clearer.
- Technology-agnostic is a design constraint, not a slogan. It forces the work to start from the decision and the data the practice already has.
- The venture is paused as a public commercial push while the thinking continues. Pausing is a status, not a euphemism for finished.
