Expertise
Project management
Scope, coordination, and requirements in environments where the request starts out ambiguous.
Scope
Scope is the set of decisions this effort will change. Listing tasks without that sentence is how projects grow sideways.
Delivery systems
Healthcare project delivery, in my experience, fails in the handoffs: between sites, between a vendor and an operator, between a requirement and a configuration. The system of delivery is part of the project.
Coordination
Coordination is making dependencies visible early enough that a missed input is a schedule fact, not a surprise at acceptance.
Requirements management
I write requirements so they can be tested. A requirement that cannot be shown true or false is still a wish.
Stakeholder alignment
Alignment is not agreement about everything. It is agreement about the definition, the decision rights, and what will count as done.
Workflow and process design
A process worth designing is one a new person can run. If the real process is the memory of a single coordinator, the diagram is a fiction until that is fixed.
Ambiguity reduction
The first product of a messy project is often a clearer question. I treat that as progress, and I try to show the structure that produced it.
Risk
Operational and project risk, stated specifically: which assumption, if wrong, changes the plan. The practice assessment uses the same habit at the level of a whole organization. I do not sell a risk framework as a product on this page.
