About the Founder

My Story

Hi, I'm Toni - a proud Cincinnati native and the founder of CincyLogic. I studied Information Systems and Business Analytics at the University of Cincinnati, where I discovered my love for connecting people, data, and purpose.

Professionally, I've worked in healthcare analytics, finance, and AI-driven business intelligence, helping organizations turn messy data into meaningful insight. Along the way, I’ve become passionate about expanding equitable access to technology, building inclusive communities, and ensuring information is a right, not a privilege.

When I'm not designing dashboards or brainstorming ethical uses of AI, you’ll find me out in nature, usually accompanied by my dog, Dude, and my tabby cat, Dot.

Through CincyLogic, I’m excited to bring like-minded professionals together to share knowledge, uplift each other, and create a more connected, informed Cincinnati.
